IN STORE:

We accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover (all cards are ran as credit). We also have flexible financing available in store, through Citi, with approved credit. All purchased merchandise must be picked up within 7 days of the purchase. We can special order furniture from our manufacturers (on our about us page) that we do not currently carry or have in stock. Special orders can take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks to arrive in store, depending on the season and manufacturer availability. ONLINE:

BE AWARE that merchandise purchased online may not be available for pick up or delivery immediately, and may take anywhere from 1-5 weeks to arrive in store and be ready for you. You will be sent an automated email after your initial purchase email, stating that your merchandise is either available to be picked up, or contacted by the store to set-up a delivery when the merchandise is ready. 

All online purchases that are set up to include delivery are subject to a $10 handling fee, along-side the delivery charge. After an order for delivery is placed, and the merchandise has arrived from the manufacturer to our store, we will contact you by phone to set-up a date and time for delivery.  

Any online orders made for in-store pick-up must be picked up by the customer within 7 days after receiving the "awaiting pickup" email. The customer must have a copy of their printed receipt present at time of pick-up.

Delivery

Delivery is only available in the state of Iowa.

Delivery services are provided by DC Delivery Inc. Local delivery is $60 for up to 5 pieces. Every additional piece after that is an additional $5 charge. Local delivery includes the following areas: Bertram, Cedar Rapids, Covington, Fairfax, Hiawatha, Marion, and Robins. Other delivery rates vary depending on the area, and any delivery of more than 5 pieces will be charged an additional delivery of $5 per additional piece. Any online purchases waive the additional piece count charge, and are instead charged an additional flat $10 handling fee alongside the delivery fee.

 

DC Delivery Inc. Terms and Conditions

Our standard business practice is to issue any discounts and collect all fees prior to unloading at the delivery site or goods will be returned to their origination point as refused delivery. Furniture removal/disposal is available for a fee, however moving/re-arranging of existing furniture is not available. Our crews will remove door pins if necessary but will not alter the structure of your home in any way to allow furniture to fit. (Please be prepared for your delivery) As a courtesy, our crews will set up steel bed frames, leg up dining tables & upholstered furniture only. Waste removal is included for these items. Many delivered goods will require customer assembly. DC Delivery Inc. cannot be held responsible for the contents or condition of merchandise in factory sealed and/or store affixed packaging, any issues of this nature must be addressed with the Merchant. 

 

Refunds

We do not accept open products. We will take factory sealed within 7 days of purchase. No mattresses or bed frames will be accepted once the item has left the store. No items will be accepted that are scratched, dinged, or damaged by the customer.
